Terms of Use

Last updated 16 September 2026. These terms cover this website. They are not the agreement for the service — that is a separate signed contract.

This website is operated by Averon Systems LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document L26000012313). By using it you accept the terms below. They are short on purpose.

These terms are not the service agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted by clicking, and no page here creates an engagement. If you buy anything, the terms are in a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work signed by both sides, and those documents govern — not this page and not any figure on it.

1. What this site is for

It describes a service and lets you book a call. You may read it, quote it, and link to it. You may not scrape it to build a competing offer page, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to send anything unlawful through the forms.

Automated crawling is allowed — including by AI crawlers, deliberately. See robots.txt, which is the authoritative statement of what is permitted and is more permissive than most.

2. Booking a call

The scheduler is provided by Cal.com and is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. Booking a slot reserves time. It does not create a contract, does not oblige either side to proceed, and either side can cancel. We may decline to proceed after a call — that is the stated purpose of the call.

3. Our material

The copy, layout, code, diagrams and the automation platform described here belong to Averon Systems LLC. Reading the site grants you no licence to any of it. Where the service itself is concerned, the licence position is deliberately specific and it lives in the signed agreement, not here: no licence to the automation layer exists until payment is received, and a demonstration is not a delivery.

Third-party names on this site — the tools we integrate, the sources we cite — belong to their owners and appear as reference, not endorsement.

4. The calculator and every dollar figure

The calculator produces arithmetic, not a forecast. It multiplies figures you type in by the rates shown on the page. It does not know your market, your close rate, your capacity or your competition, and it has no measured results behind it.

No revenue is promised anywhere on this site. No output of the calculator, no example, and no illustrative figure is a guarantee, a projection, or a representation that you will earn anything. Where a guarantee exists it is written into a signed agreement with a defined metric and a defined remedy — and that document, not this one, is the only place a guarantee can come from.

Costs quoted for employing staff are computed from published US Bureau of Labor Statistics data, cited inline at the point they are used, and will differ from what employing someone actually costs you. Prices on this site are current as published and can change; a price is fixed only when it is in a signed Statement of Work.

5. Third-party services and availability

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that it is free of errors, or that any external link still works. It depends on services we do not control — hosting, the CDN, the scheduler, analytics — and we are not responsible for their outages or their content.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, in the same commit as the change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

7. Governing law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts in Florida are the venue for any dispute about this website. Contracts for the service state their own governing law and venue, which control for anything arising out of the service.
