Averon Systems LLC is a Florida limited liability company (document L26000012313). This page describes exactly what this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on the homepage, plus two technical values your browser sends with any request:

The form saves your answers step by step. If you enter your email and then leave without finishing, that email is already stored. That is deliberate — it is how we avoid losing an enquiry halfway through — and it is why it is stated here plainly rather than buried.
Analytics
We use Plausible to count page views and which buttons get clicked, so we can tell whether this page actually works. It is cookieless and collects no personal data: no cookies, no device fingerprint, no cross-site tracking, and no profile of you. Aggregate counts only — we cannot tell who you are from it, and there is nothing in it to sell. Data is processed in the EU.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. We do not change our behaviour when we receive one, because there is nothing here for it to turn off: this site sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and does not track you across other websites. Our analytics builds no profile of you whether the signal is present or not. We also do not honour any other opt-out protocol, for the same reason — there is no cross-site tracking to opt out of.
What we do not do

- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not buy contact lists, and we do not cold-call numbers submitted here.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Text messages and consent
We do not ask for your phone number on this site. If you give us one — in the booking widget, or in an email — you agree that Averon Systems may text or email you about the thing you contacted us about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. Reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@averon-systems.com. Opting out of messages does not remove your record — email us if you want it deleted as well.
Where it is stored
In our own Amazon Web Services account in the United States (region
us-east-1), in an encrypted database that is not publicly
reachable. Alert emails are sent through Amazon SES. Calendar bookings are
handled by Cal.com,
which receives whatever you enter into the booking widget and is governed by
its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until they are clearly no longer relevant. We do not run an automatic deletion timer, because a lead record is a business record. If you want yours removed, see below — there is no process to argue with.
Your choices
Email contact@averon-systems.com from the address you submitted and ask us to:
- send you a copy of what we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it entirely.
We will action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. We do not revise it silently.
