Pricing

$2,500 a month

One price, published on the page, including all seven AI employees.

The price

$2,500 a month, plus a one-time $2,000 install. Month to month, no contract — $2,250 a month if you commit to a year and pay as you go — or $1,999 a month if you pay for the year up front. It includes all seven automations on every plan — never a subset, because installing three leaves the other four losing you jobs.

WhatPriceWhen
The Averon System — all seven automations, one location$2,500/mo Monthly, month to month
The install — all seven wired into your phone, CRM and calendar$2,000 Once, at signature

Three ways to pay

Same seven automations on every plan. Commit to a year and it costs less, because a commitment is worth something to us and we would rather pass that back than pretend it is free — and it adds one extra AI employee, built to order: you name the job on the onboarding call and we build it inside your first 90 days. Pay the year up front and it costs less again, with a second extra AI employee on top.

TermYou payYou keepExtra
Month to month$2,500 each monthCancel any time
Annual, billed monthly — 10% off$2,250 each month, for 12 months$3,000One extra AI employee
Annual, prepaid — 20% off$23,988 once ($1,999/mo)$6,012Two extra AI employees

The $2,000 install fee is the same on every term. Both annual plans run for twelve months; the discount and the extra employees are what that year buys, and the terms for each plan are set out plainly in the table at the bottom of this page.

Referrals: a free month — for both of you

Introduce a business that signs, and you both earn a free month — one each, on any plan. There is no cap on how many businesses you introduce.

RuleWhy it exists
One free month each, on any planSame reward whether they choose monthly or annual — nothing to calculate, and it is already at the top of what this industry pays
Starts when their build is acceptedYour free month begins once the business you introduced is live and running, so the reward always sits behind real work delivered
Must be a new businessA second location of your own, or the same company renamed, does not count
Added to the term, not refundedIt is a free month of service, not a credit or a cheque
No cap on how many you introduceA referral reward is matched by new revenue, so capping it would be self-sabotage. Builds do run one at a time — introduce five and they are scheduled, each with a start date you can see
Same reward on both sidesThe business you introduce earns exactly what you do

What that covers

What is separate

Advertising spend. It goes on your card in your ad account, and it is never marked up. We do not touch it until the first six pillars are live, so by the time you are spending on traffic the funnel it lands in already works.

Terms

ContractMonth to month: none. Both annual plans: a twelve-month term
CancellationMonth to month ends any time. Both annual plans are a firm twelve-month term with no early cancellation: a prepaid year is not refunded, and on the billed-monthly plan the remaining months are owed if payments stop

The guarantee

Your booked jobs are documented in writing before anything goes live. If they are not up 20% on the same period last year after two months, the monthly fee stops and we keep working free until they are, for up to three months. We measure against last year rather than last month, so a slow season cannot be mistaken for a result in either direction. The one-time setup is not refunded, because that work is built and stays running either way.

How it compares to a hire

A part-time front desk at 25 hours a week costs roughly $2,894/month once employer taxes and benefits are counted, computed from published BLS data. The system is below that and does not go home at five.

$18.27/hr — Median hourly wage, Receptionists and Information Clerks (SOC 43-4171). BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics, May 2025. n=910,180 employed. Check it.

68.4% — Wages and salaries as a share of total employer compensation cost. BLS Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, 2026 Q1, private industry. The remaining 31.6% is employer taxes and benefits. Check it.

Who we say no to

Businesses already at service capacity, because more leads would worsen your reviews rather than your revenue. Businesses under roughly $50,000 a month, or whose average job or case value is under about $1,500, where the arithmetic does not work yet. Anyone who wants one pillar instead of the sequence, and anyone who wants to run ads first.

We would rather lose the sale on a call than install something that cannot work.

If the monthly system is not the shape of your problem — you want a whole back-office function automated rather than your lead response fixed — that is a separate engagement with its own scope and pricing: see how department builds work.

Two ways to start

Thirty minutes on a call, your numbers, and a straight answer about whether this pays for itself at your volume. Or skip the call and start the install.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. If we're not a fit we'll say so on the call.

Grab a slot — thirty minutes, your numbers, no deck.
